EXPLOITATION CONDUITE FONCTIONNEMENT - Doctrine / Méthodes / Préparation (Hors quart)
In Dalkia Middle East particularly with the dynamic Operation team of Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a motivated Method Engineer.
The mission is to work on the optimization and creation of the operation process for a project multi-technic (Chillers, HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, and Low Current) in Riyadh managed by Dalkia for 3 years with a team of around 60 people (Engineers and Technicians). The target is to prepare and obtain the ISO 90001 certification.
We are looking for someone rigorous and motivated by challenges in a multi-cultural context.
Purpose of the function:
Lead to analyze, improve, and create operational processes; optimize & achieve a high level of quality and service; be responsible for documents integration and standards and contribution to specific project from technical aspect. Objective ISO 90001.
Main activities and responsibilities:
- Utilise professional expertise to develop, optimize, implement, and circulate methodological materials.
- Manage the introduction/use of new operational tools and methods.
- Supervise and follow the work process.
- Ensure information is recorded and monitored appropriately.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and processes.
- Assist, train and advise staff on the use of the different tools/processes.
- Assist Operations Managers to improve technical and operational performance and propose improvement solutions for tools and methods.
- Co-ordinate in internal or external professional networking.
- Organise, co-ordinate and assist stakeholders.
- Liaise with Head Office IT Department.
- Carry out technological operational tools’ intelligence.
- Establish prevention plans and ensure compliance with safety rules.
- Define the schedule of the work to ensure compliance with the deadlines.
- Prepare, implement and Lead ISO 9001 certification.
Qualifications:
- Engineering degrees.
Having previous experience in Method Management and ISO 9001 standard
