As key member of the new HR, communication and Legal applications HRIS team and under the supervision of the IT Leader for, you will work in collaboration of the whole team as an analyst and as owner of some of the applications.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Analyst and application owner to join our dynamic team. As the IT Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's applications and systems. You will play a crucial role in analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and providing ongoing support and maintenance.
As the application owner, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our applications, from development and deployment to operation and retirement. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including business users, developers, and vendors, to ensure that our applications meet the needs of our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You should possess a deep understanding of IT systems and applications, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Manage and maintain our organization's applications and systems

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT application owner or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of application development methodologies and best practices.
